EXHIBITION
During the Congress there will be an exhibition of medical equipment, pharmaceutical products and programs. Companies interested should contact congress organizer or technical organizer for additional information.
OFFICAL LANGUAGE
The official Congress languages are Croatian and English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take care of any visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Participants should contact the nearest local Embassy or Consulate of the country where the Symposium will be held to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.
The Symposium invitation letter is only issued upon completion of registration and payment of the registration fee.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively for visa purposes and do not represent any financial commitment from the Organiser. The Organiser refuses to carry any costs connected with the visa application or participation in the Symposium.
In case that the visa application is refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office, no refund is processed.
The Organiser / Technical organiser will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
The participation of medical doctors will be evaluated based on the Regulations on Continuous Professional Development of the CMC.
The participation of veterinary doctors will be evaluated based on the Regulations on Continuing Professional Development of the CVC.
